We are actively looking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor, either someone straight from university or someone perhaps moving jobs for the first time in their career.

Located in Central London (Farringdon station) we are able to offer someone a fantastic platform to learn, and develop their surveying skills, with full support and guidance from more experienced team members.

This is an excellent opportunity for building surveying graduates to fast-track their career in the building surveying industry and gain exposure to a wide range of experience and training. The role will include the following.

• Assist on a full range of building surveying instructions on a variety of commercial and residential properties, throughout the UK.
• Undertake and assist with inspections and prepare reports for commercial and residential clients.
• Support other building surveyors and senior staff in the contract administration and management of building construction projects, undertaking condition surveys, preparation of specifications for repair/redecoration works, defect
• diagnosis and providing advice on dilapidations and Party Wall matters.
• Maintaining strong relationships with our clients, contractors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

A degree in building surveying

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A full UK driving licence.
