Job Description - Graduate Building Surveyor

Our client is looking for a RICS building surveyor or graduate building surveyor for the North East on a permanent basis.

Job Description:

Conduct detailed inspections of buildings to assess their condition.
Identify structural issues, defects, and areas needing repair or improvement.
Prepare reports such as condition surveys, dilapidation reports, and building pathology assessments.
We have an exciting portfolio of work across many different sectors with a number of heritage focused projects.

Personal Specification:

RICS or graduate surveyor
Full UK Driving Licence
Salary negotiable
