The successful candidate will work across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, and education, gaining valuable experience across both project and professional instructions. Graduate Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Overview

• Assisting in delivering professional services including dilapidations, party wall matters, pre-acquisition surveys and condition reports
• Supporting project work such as refurbishment and fit-out schemes across commercial property
• Attending site visits, assisting in preparing specifications, schedules of work and reports
• Working under MRICS-qualified surveyors with structured APC guidance
• Regular client contact and support in building strong working relationships

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Requirements

• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or related field
• Strong communication and written skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within commuting distance of Manchester
• Willingness to travel nationwide occasionally
