• Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 DOE (Guide Only)

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Overview

• Assist with professional instructions including schedules of condition, dilapidations, TDD and reinstatement cost assessments
• Support the delivery of project work including refurbishment and fit-out schemes
• Work closely with senior team members to gain exposure to clients and key stakeholders
• Undertake measured surveys and prepare technical reports
• Build a solid understanding of the full building surveying service offering

Graduate Building Surveyor Job Requirements

• RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• Keen to work towards APC and gain MRICS status
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
