What you will do
Prepare reports on existing buildings and produce schedules of works and specifications.
Prepare and amend computer-aided design (CAD) drawings.
Write reports and meeting minutes, and communicate with other professionals across the construction and property industry.
Assist with Party Wall matters.
Inspect and monitor construction work and produce progress reports.
Support contract administration and the employer's agent role.
Assist in preparing schedules of condition, dilapidations and landlord and tenant instructions.
Take part in CSR activities, careers fairs and work experience initiatives.
Provide support to Partners and leadership across the business.

Ideally, you will have a relevant degree. However, we welcome applicants from any discipline who are open to completing a RICS-accredited conversion degree alongside work.
