Are you a Graduate in Building Surveying with a placement year or similar looking to kickstart your career within a long-established Construction company known for looking after and developing their offering a platform for ongoing progression and study support?

This company are a well-established Construction company who work on varied projects across the UK, primarily within Residential, Industrial and Leisure. Since their establishment over 100 years ago they have seen major growth to the point they have several offices across the UK and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their friendly team.

This varied role will see you working closely within a tight-knit team of 5 on a varied range of projects, mostly within Residential, Leisure and Industrial. You will initially shadow senior team members and once trained will be responsible for carrying out surveys and inspections to produce reports and then passing these to the appropriate departments.

This exciting role would suit a Graduate in Building Surveying or similar looking for an entry-level position within a long-established, people first company known for their long term staff retention and development opportunities.

The Role:

Shadow and learn from senior team members
Assist with inspections for projects across Residential, Leisure and Industrial sectors
Attend site to carry out a range of surveys
Produce reports and specifications
Work within tight-knit team of 5 and liaise with other departments and key stakeholdersThe Person:

Graduate in Building Surveying or similar
Commutable to Birmingham
Happy to undertake site visits across the UKGraduate, Trainee, Junior, Building, Surveyor, BS, Construction, Project, Full Driving Licence, Engineering, Hotels, Leisure, Residential, Degree, Midlands, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry
