Graduate Business Analyst – Hybrid

Our client is looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join their team based in Slough, on a Fixed-Term-Contract for 12 months initially, with a view to extend/go permanent, along with a salary review.

You will assist BA’s across the team according to business needs as well as being assigned specific tasks and be expected to take full ownership to delivery.

Key measures for the role include high requirements accuracy, quality documentation, stakeholder/customer satisfaction, collaboration and communication, continuous learning and improvement and adaptability/flexibility with an overall focus on fast and effective delivery of enhancements to IT systems/services/applications change overall.

Benefits included with he position include WFH 2 days per week, 25 days’ annual leave + Bank Holidays, as well as Private Medical Cover.

Graduate Business Analyst – Key Skills:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field – either a 1st Class Hons or a 2:1
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements management software, data analysis tools, and process modelling
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive mind-set with a passion for learning and professional growth
• Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and reporting tools is a plus
