The Role

This is a fantastic entry point for a graduate looking to build a career in advertising, marketing operations, or client management. You'll be part of the Advertiser Operations team, supporting the setup and delivery of marketing campaigns that run directly through major UK banking apps.

• Help manage and publish live cashback marketing campaigns across retail, travel, lifestyle, and more

• Work closely with the Client Success team to make sure campaigns go live on time and meet expectations

• Write and review offer copy, update campaign details, track budgets, and monitor performance

• Communicate with both internal teams and external partners to keep things running smoothly

• Get hands-on experience with the full campaign lifecycle and build the foundations for a future in customer success

• Are highly organised, detail-focused, and enjoy juggling multiple moving parts

• Want to learn how advertising campaigns come to life behind the scenes

• Are a strong communicator who enjoys working with others and solving problems

• Are curious about the world of fintech, marketing, and data-driven advertising
