SRG is working with a leading Cosmetic Formulation Consultancy, based in Kent. Due to company growth, they are now looking for a Graduate Chemist/Formulation Chemist to join the team. This role would suit recent chemistry / biochemistry graduates who have an interest in the science behind the personal care / skincare industry as well as experienced chemists with 4+ years' experience formulating leading products.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40hours a week, 33days holiday
Role / Description

• Formulating and developing bespoke skincare and personal care products
• Completing the relevant research on ingredients and products
• Managing customer relationships
• Meeting with customers in person and virtually
• Creating the product batches in the lab
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends in the industry
• Keeping up to date data files such as COSHH, SDS, PIF's - recording results and sharing findings

Requirements

• Recently graduated with a 1:1 or 2:1 in Chemistry OR Biochemistry
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Full right to work in the UK, there is no sponsorship available for this role
