Graduate Client Operations Assistant

This is an entry-level operational role supporting the onboarding and servicing of investors in the client's Inheritance Tax Service. The successful Graduate Client Operations Assistant candidate will initially focus on application processing before progressing through a comprehensive training programme to take on wider operational responsibilities.

Description

The Graduate Client Onboarding Assistant's duties include:

• Accurately process new client applications and maintain internal systems

• Perform AML and KYC checks to ensure regulatory compliance

• Manage inbound and outbound correspondence, including post and payments

• Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Support with cheque banking and reconciliation

• Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc operational projects

Profile

The ideal Graduate Client Operations Assistant candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. They will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a dependable and collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle routine tasks with care and accuracy. While financial services experience is a plus, it is not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to grow are key.
