Our client is a dynamic and innovative Fintech company, revolutionizing the way financial services are delivered. They have built cutting-edge technology and created a Financial Services application that is used all over the world. This company are looking for a hungry and ambitious person to join the team who has an interest in software applications.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive top-notch support and assistance. You will be a friendly face and voice of the company, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to valued clients. Your expertise and genuine desire to help will be instrumental in resolving any issues they may encounter, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat) and provide accurate technical support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Provide clear and concise instructions to customers, assisting them in navigating platforms and services.

- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in support systems.

- Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
