Graduate Commercial Analyst

Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering with a brilliant, forward-thinking business in North Manchester to recruit a Graduate Commercial Analyst into the team.

This is an ideal role a graduate of Maths / Accountancy / Economics / Business or Science who’s ambitious, analytical, and keen to grow in a commercially focused role. You’ll play a key role in producing KPI reports, supporting decisions with commercial insight, validating spend across departments, and maintaining performance trackers. There’s also plenty of scope for ad hoc analysis, digging into trends and costs to support business-wide decision-making.

Location: North Manchester
Salary: CIRCA £25,000 + Study support + bonus

Main duties:

• Produce and deliver regular KPI reports (daily/weekly/monthly), highlighting key trends and insights for stakeholders
• Provide commercial support to the team by analysing proposed site locations (including population, transport links, and local market data)
• Validate spend across departments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgeted costs
• Maintain and update performance trackers in Excel, working cross-functionally to ensure data is accurate and up to date
• Carry out ad hoc analysis to investigate trends, performance drivers, and cost variances across the business
