• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher

• Ensure students remain engaged and productive during lessons

• Build rapport with students and provide support to enhance their learning

• Adapt to teaching across different subjects and year groups (KS3 and KS4)

• A degree in any subject (preferred)

• Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

• Passionate about supporting students' academic and personal development

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A positive attitude with a desire to pursue a career in education
