Are you a Graduate Design Engineer from an AutoCAD background looking for a position where you will be given the autonomy to manage projects from cradle to grave through in depth one on one training from senior members of the team?

On offer is the chance to join an exciting and highly reputable timber frame manufacturing company that provides into the construction industry. Established over 20 years ago, they are looking for a graduate designer to help them keep expanding and maintain their status as the biggest timber frame manufacturer in the UK.

In this role, you will be using AutoCAD and Mitek software to design timber frames along with managing the design projects from start to finish, including the scheduling and client meetings along with the design. This is a fully office based role that can potentially become a hybrid role within a year of working at the company.

This position would suit a Graduate Design Engineer or similar with AutoCAD knowledge, looking to join an exciting and highly reputable company that can offer autonomy to manage projects from cradle to grave, along with progression to Senior Design Engineer.

The Role:

• Utilising AutoCAD to design timber frames
• Project management from start to finish, including scheduling and client meetings
• 08:00-16:30 Monday-Thursday and 08:00-15:00 Friday

The Person:

• Graduate Design Engineer
• AutoCAD background or similar
• Commutable to Huddersfield
