About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Engineer to join a high-performing Engineering team within a large-scale industrial manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fault-finding and mechanical repairs across production equipment.
• Assist with planned maintenance and reliability improvements.
• Help deliver engineering projects and equipment upgrades.
• Keep maintenance records and drawings up to date.
• Supervise contractors when required and ensure safe working practices.
• Learn and use SAP for maintenance and inventory tracking.

Ideal Candidate

• Mechanical Engineering qualification (apprenticeship/HNC/HND or higher).
• Demonstrable experience in an industrial, manufacturing or continuous process environment.
• Hands-on expertise in mechanical maintenance, fault finding and improvement.
• SAP experience (PM/MM) highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of reliability-centred maintenance.
