Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of structural engineering projects.
• Support project leads in producing calculations, technical drawings, and written reports.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity and compliance.
• Contribute to site visits to monitor project progress and ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Apply new technologies and innovative problem-solving techniques to engineering challenges.

Working Conditions

Skills & Qualifications for this Graduate Structural Engineer role;

• A bachelor's (or master's) degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning.
• Experience with structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, STAAD.Pro) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
