You'll gain hands-on experience in costing and tendering, directly supporting project delivery. You'll learn to:

• Prepare accurate and competitive tenders.
• Analyze project specifications and client requirements.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes.
• Build detailed cost breakdowns and financial proposals.
• Assess commercial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, project management, and sales teams.

• Recent degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Eager-to-learn attitude with a genuine interest in commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

• Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (DOE).
