The Role
As a recruitment consultant, you'll experience a dynamic and rewarding role with endless possibilities. While there's no single approach, your typical responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, databases, and networking.
Winning new clients by leveraging your expertise as a market specialist.
Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Conducting pre-screening interviews, both face to face and over the phone.
Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the feedback process.
Negotiating and closing job offers.
Expanding your network through referrals and headhunting.
Attending industry events and seminars.
Collaborating with our marketing team to promote and share industry news.
