Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings: Year 1: £60,000-£80,000 | Year 2: £100,000+ | Year 3: £150,000+

No recruitment experience is needed — full training is provided, and you’ll take on responsibility from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Researching markets and mapping senior executive talent
• Contacting and interviewing senior professionals
• Producing candidate reports and client insight documents
• Supporting the full executive search and recruitment process
• Attending client and internal meetings

What We’re Looking For

• A 2:1 degree or higher from a top university
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal
• Confidence engaging with senior professionals
• Commercially aware, with an interest in business, finance, or leadership
• Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment
