Salary: £25K with an OTE of £50k
The Role:
An Executive Search Consultant operates as a 360-degree consultant, you will be tasked with managing the end-to-end recruitment process for business-critical positions from mid-management to board level Headhunt candidates and maintain a network of high calibre contacts Create and develop new business ventures via marketing Originate, structure, and negotiate complex deals Execute client talent acquisition strategies Participate in presentations with internal stakeholders, external clients, and key industry figures Develop market knowledge engaging internal and external stakeholders Be part of a business which is truly global with a focus on the EU and in the US, so there is the option to work in whichever geography you choose
