Graduate Finance Analyst

Our client, a rapidly growing and dynamic business based in Essex, is currently seeking a driven and analytical Graduate Finance Analyst to join their expanding finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Graduate Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The successful candidate will be involved in key stakeholder engagement, budget preparation, and data analysis, helping to inform strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities: As a Graduate Finance Analyst, you will…

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support monthly management reporting and financial close activities
• Analyse financial data and trends to support commercial insight
• Collaborate with operational teams to track performance and cost efficiencies
• Contribute to process improvements and finance projects

Requirements: As a Graduate Finance Analyst, you will need…

• A recent degree (2:1 or above preferred)
• Strong Excel and data handling skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
