Graduate Front End Developer

We’re looking for a Graduate Frontend Developer to join a growing, sustainability-focused company building modern, accessible web apps that make a real difference.
You’ll work with experienced developers and designers, turning creative ideas into responsive, user-friendly websites and apps while being mindful of performance, usability and environmental impact in technology.
 
Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern frontend tools like React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional code
• Work closely with backend developers to connect APIs and bring everything together.
• Optimise frontend performance and maintain sustainable coding practices.
• Participate in code reviews and actively learn from peers
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across different devices and browsers.
• Contribute to documentation and reusable component libraries.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or something similar
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Some experience with a frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) – coursework, personal projects, or internships all count!
• Interest in building websites that are not just beautiful, but sustainable and efficient
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
• A curious mind, problem-solving attitude, and eagerness to grow
• A team player who’s open to feedback and excited to keep learning
