This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join a team of ground investigation specialists in Durham. You'll be trained by industry leading engineers and work on a vast range of exciting projects, providing you with the resources and training to kickstart your career.

This Graduate Geotechnical Engineer position involves a variety of roles and responsibilities. This includes regularly attending and assisting with site walkovers, preparing phase plans, writing factual reports, working on in situ testing, borehole logging, groundwater and gas monitoring and observing day-to-day tasks to develop geo-environmental knowledge.

The successful Graduate Geotechnical Engineer will:

• Have a minimum of a BSc in geology, geoscience, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering or a relevant subject (MSc preferable).
• Been keen to learn and develop geotechnical skills.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Commutable to Durham.
• Full right to work in the UK.
