This is an exceptional opportunity to launch a rewarding career in Housing, Homelessness Prevention and Public Service while making a genuine difference to vulnerable residents and local communities.
No previous housing experience is required. Full training will be provided.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced housing professionals, you will:

Support residents who are homeless or threatened with homelessness
Conduct homelessness assessments
Develop and review Personalised Housing Plans (PHPs)
Explore housing options to prevent and relieve homelessness
Provide housing advice and guidance
Work with landlords, support providers and partner agencies
Gather evidence to support statutory decision-making
Develop the skills to manage your own caseload
Support vulnerable individuals in a professional, person-centred and trauma-informed mannerThis role offers an opportunity to work directly with individuals and families facing housing challenges while developing specialist knowledge in homelessness legislation and prevention.

About You

We're looking for individuals who are:

Educated to degree level, or due to graduate shortly
Interested in developing a career within housing and homelessness services
Passionate about supporting vulnerable people
Excellent communicators with strong written English skills
Organised and able to manage competing priorities
Professional, resilient and motivated
Curious, eager to learn and committed to personal development
