Graduate Implementation Specialist

An established technology business is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to join a specialist software company delivering solutions to an international client base. You'll play a key role in onboarding new customers, managing technical issues and ensuring the smooth delivery and ongoing performance of its software.

Working closely with clients and internal technical teams, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, solve complex problems and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client onboarding and software implementation.

Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for escalations.

*

Coordinate implementation projects, change requests and support issues.

*

Investigate technical problems, identify root causes and drive resolutions.

*

Maintain data accuracy, system reliability and high service standards.

*

Improve internal processes, controls and operational efficiency.

*

Work closely with technical teams to communicate client requirements and resolve issues.

*

Produce accurate reports and management information.

*

Provide out-of-hours support for critical incidents when required.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.

*

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

*

Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting

*

Degree or equivalent qualification.

Desirable Skills

*

SQL and database support.

*

AWS or other cloud technologies.

*

SFTP and data transfer troubleshooting.

*

Experience with software platforms and complex client implementations.

*

Root cause analysis and preventative problem-solving
