Graduate / Junior IT Support Engineer - Financial Services - London

An established financial services firm is looking to for a passionate IT Graduate to join its small in-house IT team due to growth. The role will be based from their central London office five days per week, which may move into a hybrid setup at some point.

The successful candidate will be tasked with resolving first line queries initially. This is a wonderful opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced team, willing to provide support and guidance, and ultimately develop into a role resolving 1 st -3 rd line infrastructure tickets, plus projects.

This would suit an IT graduate with a passion for technology and learning new IT systems, ideally with some experience providing helpdesk or desktop support. First class communication skills plus a good knowledge of O365 and Windows is also required. Any experience in the financial services sector or the ability to speak French is highly desirable, but not essential.
