Your Role as a Graduate LSA:

🔹 Support students with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs in a classroom setting.
🔹 Work 1:1 and in small groups to enhance student learning and confidence.
🔹 Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
🔹 Use creative strategies to support students’ academic and social development.
🔹 Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ A recent graduate (degree in Psychology, Education, English, or related field preferred).
✅ A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach to education.
✅ Some experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
