About the Scheme

The programme includes four 6-month placements to give you a full understanding of our client’s business model:

First Year:

Customer Service Advisor: Gain foundational knowledge in our freight and parcels and fulfillment teams.

Second Year:

Direct Sales Role: Engage in new business acquisition and nurture existing customer relationships.

Final 6 Months:

Option to work as a Branch Manager (in the UK or abroad), orTake on a project in another department such as Marketing, Finance, or Franchise Support.

Permanent Position: You will be helped to identify a suitable permanent role within the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Full UK driving license.
