Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to enhance strategic oversight and time management, ensuring focus on the most critical business priorities
• Understand and align company strategy across diverse business sectors, ensuring cohesive execution of strategic goals
• Monitor and evaluate performance across all business units, delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to drive growth
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities
• Act as a strategic sounding board for new initiatives, providing research-backed input based on industry trends and internal performance data
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic summaries for board-level consumption
• Liaise with COOs and senior leadership teams to track project progress and ensure milestone alignment across all business units
• Represent the CEO in high-level communications and meetings where appropriate, maintaining exceptional standards of professionalism

Skills and Experience

• MBA or equivalent qualification with strong academic credentials and demonstrable business acumen
• Strategic mindset with genuine passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and innovative environmental solutions
• Exceptional research, analysis, and communication skills with ability to distil complex information into actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in business tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence when dealing with sensitive business matters
• Collaborative and adaptable approach with confidence engaging senior stakeholders across multiple business sectors
• Self-starter mentality with clear vision for personal growth and leadership development within the sustainability sector
