Graduate Marketing Assistant

An award-winning AV solutions provider is seeking a Graduate Marketing Assistant to join its expanding team. You will have creative freedom to shape and lead a digital content from idea to creation, career development opportunities with the potential to progress into a senior digital marketing role and flexible working hours with the possible hybrid working.

This is a dynamic role in a respected AV company with national reach, working in a supportive team environment with learning opportunities from experienced professionals. As the Graduate Marketing Assistantyour duties will include:

• Assisting in updating and maintaining the company website with user-friendly and engaging content
• Capturing and editing digital photography and short videos from project sites and company events
• Creating short-form videos such as vlogs, Reels, and TikToks to highlight installations and company stories
• Developing content for social media platforms to grow audience engagement and raise brand awareness
• Using AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly) to support content creation and idea generation
• Writing copy for blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts
• Supporting in managing social media accounts and tracking performance metrics
• Assisting in designing branded collateral, visual content, and presentations

We’re looking for a Graduate Marketing Assistantwith:

• A recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or Design
• Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or similar platforms
• Comfortable with video editing and photography
• Passionate about emerging tech trends and creative content
• Curious about using AI tools
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for technical and professional audiences
• Organised, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

In return you will receive a salary of up to £28,000 pa plus bonus and pension.
