Graduate Operations Associate

My client is located in the heart of Manchester and they're looking for a Graduate Operations Associate to join them!

What You'll Do:

Assist with the planning, tracking, and delivery of small operational projects and initiatives
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders
Support process improvements by gathering information and identifying inefficiencies
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support operational activities
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and inbox management
Monitor key operational tasks and ensure deadlines are met

What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Good problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience supporting projects or working in a project-based environment is desirable
A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
