Location: Gloucester (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary:

• Graduate: £25,000 + £2,000 increase after 3-month probation
• Benefits: 23 days holiday + your birthday off, summer compressed hours, free parking, flexible working (08:30–17:00 or 09:00–17:30)

The Role

Graduate Analyst

Perfect for a recent graduate with strong numerical and data skills, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team. You’ll be working with Excel, SAP (training provided), and business planning tools to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.

What we’re looking for:

• A keen, curious mind with a passion for data
• Confident communicator – not afraid to pick up the phone
• Comfortable with Excel (ability to learn and use pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
• Willingness to learn SAP and technical data analysis
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset
