Admin Assistant / PA - Investment Firm, Covent Garden - MUST have a Degree to apply along with corporate PA experience - £50k - Hybrid

A well established, global Investment Firm is currently looking to recruit a graduate calibre, polished and professional Executive Admin Assistant join their dynamic team.

Offering hybrid working within cool Covent Garden offices, this is a super fast paced environment, working with a close knit team. Providing full support up to Exec level and across the business, they are seeking a proactive and energetic Team Assistant to support their Executives.

A busy and varied support role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks including heavy calendar management, taking calls, booking global travel itineraries, arranging events, meeting planning, overflow office management tasks and ad-hoc projects.

They are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills with the ability to efficiently manage competing priorities in a highly demanding environment. You will have proven administrative/PA experience, ideally gained from within the financial services sector and be passionate about what you do!
