We are working with a leading FMCG food manufacturer who is looking for a Graduate Product Developer to join their growing NPD team, bringing fresh ideas and boundless energy to a business that thrives on innovation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career to get hands-on experience across the full product development journey, from concept through to launch. The role is customer facing and will see you working closely with one of the UK's favourite retailers, so confidence, professionalism and a collaborative mindset are essential. You will need to feel comfortable representing the business in front of key stakeholders while translating customer briefs into innovative, market-ready products.

To be considered you will need a UK food related degree, a full driving licence and access to a car, as travel will form a regular part of this role. Above all you will need that rare spark of creativity that turns a good product developer into a brilliant one.
