Are you a Graduate in Engineering, Construction, Building Services or similar looking for an exciting role where you trained by senior members of the team to become a fully fledged Pre-Construction Manager working on high-tech Date Centre projects?

Do you want a role with a clear progression path where you'll be taught multiple skills across technical specification, detailed design and how to effectively co-ordinate cross functional teams?

In this role you will be working on the Pre-Construction stages of contracts for a specialist consultancy who are experts in the design and build of Data Centres. Working below a senior project leader, you'll be taught a broad range of skills from technical specification, electrical and mechanical design and how to effectively coordinate teams across different areas of expertise.

This role would suit a Graduate Engineer who is looking for a varied role, where they'll learn directly from experts with a clear progression path to become a Pre-Construction Manager.

The Role:

• Liaising with key stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Interpreting Engineering drawings and creating specifications for a Mechanical and Electrical Design Teams
• Meeting with clients, contractors and local authorities to ensure works run smoothly
• On the job training from senior members of the Project team
• Direct progression to Pre-Construction Manager

The Person:

• Graduate or equivalent Engineering, Construction, Building Services qualification
• Looking for a varied role in project engineering / pre-construction management
