Graduate Property Surveyor

Working alongside experienced Surveyors, you'll receive ongoing guidance and mentoring while developing your technical knowledge, confidence, and professional skills within a busy and rewarding environment. With multiple offices, a diverse client base, and a wide range of property instructions, no two days are the same, offering excellent exposure across different areas of surveying and genuine long-term career progression. The role offers a salary of up to £28,000, depending on experience.

The Role

As a Graduate Property Surveyor, you will play an active role in supporting the wider team with day-to-day surveying and valuation work. You will be given structured training and real responsibility from the outset, allowing you to develop your skills across both residential and commercial property work while working closely with experienced professionals.

* Assist with commercial property valuations across a range of locations

* Carry out property inspections and site visits across a varied portfolio

* Support senior surveyors with inspections, notes, and professional reporting

* Prepare accurate reports, valuation documents, and client correspondence

* Provide assistance in delivering professional advice.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and professional contacts

* Gain exposure to agency, valuation, and general practice surveying work

* Work closely with experienced Surveyors to develop technical knowledge and confidence

* Contribute to the growth, reputation, and continued success of the practice

The Successful Candidate Will Have

* A proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated attitude with a strong willingness to learn

* A degree in Property, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related discipline

* A genuine interest in both residential and commercial property

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

* A professional approach with the drive to build a long-term career as a Surveyor
