Overview

A great opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a well‑established construction business based in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed a Quantity Surveying degree and is looking to build a long‑term career within a supportive commercial team.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across live projects, working closely with senior QS staff and project managers to develop your technical, commercial, and client‑facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation

* Supporting the management of subcontractor accounts, payments, and variations

* Helping prepare valuations, cost reports, and cashflow forecasts

* Conducting site visits and gathering project data

* Maintaining accurate project records and documentation

* Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Confident communicator with good organisational ability

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* A proactive, motivated approach with a willingness to learn
