£30,000 - £36,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Hybrid Working + Company Pension + Healthcare + Life Assurance + Cycle Scheme + Tech Scheme
Commutable from Rainham, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Chatham, Maidstone, Snodland, Sheerness, Aylesford, Canterbury

Are you a Graduate from a engineering, science or construction field looking to work for a globally renowned business where you will be given full specialist training and support to become a fully fledged R&D Technician?
On offer is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career within a market leading business who will provide the platform to become an R&D Engineer working on technical projects, developing and testing new company products.
The company are a market leading manufacturer in their field and are well respected across the globe with a presence in over 90 countries.
This role would suit a recent Graduate looking to join a globally renowned business offering training, progression, technically challenging work and excellent benefits.
The Role:

Support development and lead testing of new products and systems.
Report on performance and aid key strategic decisions.
Lead projects to develop both new and existing products and optimise costs.

The Person:

Degree qualified in building, science, or engineering.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD software.
Looking to get into an R&D role.
