Key Duties You’ll Be Involved In:
?? Carrying out market research and financial evaluations
?? Assessing property development plans and borrower creditworthiness
?? Managing the loan documentation process and client onboarding
? Assisting with the oversight of existing finance arrangements
?? Supporting strategic partnerships and collaborative ventures
?? Identifying and reaching out to potential funding opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:
? Comfortable working with figures – preferably a graduate in a related field, or at minimum GCSE Maths at Grade 6 (B)
? Self-starter with initiative and excellent communication skills
? High level of accuracy and a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel
? Holds a valid UK driving licence and has access to a personal vehicle

What You’ll Receive:
?? Starting pay of up to £25,000 plus annual bonus based on performance
