Graduate Recruiter

Job Description

Contract Duration - 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber graduates from top universities.
University Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations.
Campus Recruitment:

Plan, organize, and participate in on-campus recruitment activities such as career fairs, info sessions, workshops, and interviews.
Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates through social media, job boards, and networking events.
Interviewing & Selection:

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for our organization.
Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Reporting:

Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Employer Branding:

Promote employer brand to attract and retain top talent by leveraging social media and other marketing tools.
