Job Description - Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the early careers strategy across the UK and European offices. With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, the business is known for its inclusive, people-first culture and its ambitious strategic plan.

In this role, you'll take ownership of trainee recruitment and development, from attraction and assessment through to onboarding, learning and progression, while also contributing to wider L&D initiatives, internship programmes, and inclusive hiring practices. You'll be a key contact for early careers talent, ensuring they are supported throughout their journey and helping embed a culture of development and opportunity.

What you will be doing:

As the Early Careers Recruitment & Development Manager, you will:

  • Own and lead the recruitment process for trainee and early-career roles across the UK and Europe
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of early careers talent-from attraction to onboarding, development, qualification and beyond
  • Spearhead new outreach strategies, build relationships with universities, and shape employer branding
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and act as a role model for a culture of equity and openness
  • Play a key part in developing firm-wide learning and development programmes
  • Support the creation of internship and apprenticeship routes
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior team members
