Duties and Responsibilities-

• Working with market specific customers, generating opportunities to supply experienced candidates, and developing new tangible relationships with another organisation in your defined niche.
• Engaging with experienced industry professionals and committed candidates for your clients to generate measurable opportunities
• Managing the candidates and client journey focusing on customer success and longevity
• Building great effective relationships for recruitment success
• Creating a well-built understanding of your market and growing your practise and brand in the industry
