Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £27-30K Basic + Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

My client provides recruitment and professional development solutions for construction, real estate and renewable energy sectors across the UK and US.

They are offering experienced consultants the opportunity to become an integral part of the company growth plans moving forward, with scope to build out your own desk in the future if you would like the opportunity to.

The Role:

• The role is a 360 position, and you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process.

The Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months recruitment experience
• A desire to progress in your role
• A desire to build and strengthen client relationships
