What is the Impact Academy?

The Impact Academy is Tradewind's industry-leading training and development programme designed specifically for graduates. Through a mix of classroom learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship, you'll gain all the tools you need to become a confident, successful Recruitment Consultant.

You'll work alongside some of the best in the business, in a team with decades of combined recruitment experience.

Your Role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

In your first year, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for teaching and support roles in schools
• Write engaging CVs and candidate profiles to market talent to clients
• Support the wider sales team with candidate placement and job fulfilment
• Build strong relationships with education professionals across the South West
• Meet and exceed achievable KPIs with ongoing support and guidance
• Earn commission from every successful placement

What Comes After Year 1?

After successfully completing the Impact Academy, you'll graduate to a full 360° sales desk and receive advanced training in:

• Business development and client acquisition
• Account management and negotiation
• Time management, safeguarding, and compliance
• Customer service and advanced communication

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, education, or customer service is a plus, but not essential - full training is provided.
