Tradewind's Impact Academy is a structured, graduate-entry programme designed to develop high-performing Recruitment Consultants from the ground up. Through personalised coaching, hands-on experience, and ongoing mentorship, you'll gain everything you need to succeed in the recruitment industry.

You'll work alongside experienced professionals with decades of success in education recruitment.

What You'll Do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

In your first year, your focus will be on sourcing and supporting outstanding education professionals across Kent. Your responsibilities will include:

• Interviewing and screening candidates for teaching and support roles
• Writing engaging candidate profiles and CVs for school marketing
• Supporting the sales team to place candidates into schools across the region
• Building strong, professional relationships with candidates and team members
• Meeting performance targets and earning commission along the way
• Developing your understanding of the education landscape and recruitment cycle

Your Career Path at Tradewind

Once you complete your first year, you'll move into a full sales role where you'll manage your own client base. You'll also receive advanced training in:

• Business development and client relationship management
• Negotiation, pricing strategy, and objection handling
• Time management and organisation
• Safeguarding and compliance best practices
