What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your first year will focus on candidate generation and market knowledge. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates for roles in primary, secondary and SEN schools
• Writing CVs and candidate profiles to showcase talent
• Supporting the sales team to match candidates with schools
• Building strong relationships with candidates and colleagues
• Meeting achievable targets and earning commission for every placement
• Working collaboratively in a positive, team-driven culture

Your Career Path - What Comes Next

Once you complete your first year, you'll move into a full sales role with your own schools and client base. You'll continue to receive advanced training in areas such as:

• Business development and account management
• Negotiation and pricing strategy
• Safeguarding and compliance
• Time management and client service
