We’re looking for ambitious, motivated, and driven graduates to join our growing recruitment team based in Reading. Whether you're fresh out of university or completing your final year, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop commercial skills, and progress quickly within a supportive and dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing top talent and building strong candidate relationships
• Managing the full recruitment cycle - from initial brief to placement
• Working with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Building your own client base through business development
• Hitting targets and earning commission - your effort = your reward

• A degree (or in your final year of study, any subject welcome)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
