About the Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a high-performing team of consultants specialising in the technology and digital sector. You’ll be immersed in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, with access to hands-on training, 1-to-1 mentorship, and real earning potential from day one.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Sourcing top tech talent across the UK and Europe

• Building long-term relationships with clients ranging from start-ups to global brands

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from briefing to placement

• Delivering expert market insight and candidate advice

• Hitting individual and team targets with the support of experienced recruiters

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong desire to work in sales or recruitment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
