What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment is more than just filling vacancies—it’s about matching top-tier talent with cutting-edge companies and making a lasting impact. As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Post job listings and source high-quality candidates.
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews with potential hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from the first call to placement.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
• Track candidate progress using advanced applicant tracking systems.
