What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with clients across the finance sector and understanding their hiring needs.

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates through advertising, networking and referrals.

• Managing interviews, offers and negotiations.

• Winning new business opportunities through calls, meetings and networking.

• Delivering the full 360° recruitment cycle - from winning clients to placing candidates.

• Working towards clear performance targets and earning commission when you achieve them.

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate with a 2:2 or above (any discipline considered).

• Background in sport (team or individual) with a proven competitive streak.

• Resilient, confident, and commercially aware.

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Organised and target-driven.

• 6+ months of commercial or sales experience preferred, but not essential.

The Rewards

• £25,000 basic salary.

• Uncapped commission - OTE £40,000+ in Year 1, rising to £70,000+ by Year 3.
